Privacy Policy - the basics
Voxlabs is a design & 3D-printing company. We collect only what we need to quote, produce and deliver your orders, keep our services secure, and comply with the law.
What we collect: contact details (name, company, email, phone, addresses), project files you upload (e.g., CAD/STL, drawings, reference images), order/delivery details, invoices and payment status (full card data stays with our payment provider), support communications, and website analytics/cookie data (only non-essential with your consent).
How we use it: to provide quotes and manufacture items, manage your account, ship orders, give support, improve our website, and—only with your consent—send updates or run analytics.
Sharing: only with trusted providers needed to run our business (hosting/IT, payment processor, shipping carriers, vetted freelancers/partners, analytics/marketing tools with consent). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection (incl. to direct marketing). Withdraw consent at any time by contacting Voxlabsdesignstudio@gmail.com
